Description
Garlic naan is a popular variant of naan, a traditional Indian flatbread. It’s flavored with garlic and often garnished with chopped coriander leaves (cilantro).
Traditionally, garlic naan is cooked in a tandoor, a clay oven that reaches very high temperatures. The naan is slapped onto the inner wall of the tandoor, where it adheres and cooks quickly, developing a charred and crispy exterior while remaining soft and fluffy inside.
