Bajri Flour is a greyish flour, slightly bitter and has a strong nutty aroma and is made of millet, commonly known as Bajra in north India. Bajri Flour; Pearl millet flour. The Indian names include Kampu mavu, Sajjalu pindi, Bajari pitha,Bajra, Sajje. It is used in Indian breads and rotis.
