Masoor Dal (Also known as Masur Dal) is simply known in the West as split red lentils. These organic lentils are highly versatile and commonly used in South Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Our lentils are grown on organic farms in India and are packaged at the peak of the crop. Benefits: Improves blood circulation. Almost 5% grain cover gives you a high fibre content and great flavour.
