Description
RS Green Cardamom (Elaichi) is one of the oldest and most expensive spices of oriental cuisine. Whole Cardamom Seeds are chopped and used in small quantities in dishes. In contrast to black cardamom, green cardamom has a spicy and sweet lemony taste. Green cardamom is mainly used for the preparation of masalas and curries, for seasoning pillows (spicy Indian rice with peas), and for refining desserts.
